Attorney Charles J. Nucciarone earned his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Charles competed for Villanova’s Moot Court Board and National Trial Team, giving him the opportunity to hone his research, writing, argument, and trial skills. During his third year, Charles was certified as a student-practitioner by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and spent his final year of law school at a local District Attorney’s office, actively and independently prosecuting cases including DWI/DUI, drug possession, drug distribution, assault and battery, larceny, and domestic violence among other cases.
Upon graduation, Charles returned to his native Northern Virginia to take the Virginia Bar Exam and begin his practice. Charles began his practice immediately after passing the Bar, focusing exclusively on criminal and traffic defense with a firm in Fairfax, Virginia. Charles joined Patrick N. Anderson & Associates in 2018 to work with one of the largest, and most experienced criminal defense firms in the area.
During the course of his career, Charles has independently handled and litigated countless cases ranging from traffic offenses, to misdemeanor offenses and felony crimes. Charles has experience in courtrooms all over Northern Virginia, including Fairfax County, Prince William County, Loudoun County, Fauquier County, Arlington County, and the Cities of Fairfax, Manassas, Manassas Park, and Alexandria.
