A man serving a house arrest sentence has been charged in the stabbing death of his pregnant girlfriend.
According to reports, 22-year-old Nathan Cedric Rogers has been charged with first-degree murder. Police found 23-year-old Jasmine Nichelle Moss’ body when they went to investigate a suspicious car report Friday night in District Heights.
Moss was pregnant, but it was unclear how far along she was. Officials said the stabbing allegedly stemmed from a domestic dispute between Moss and Rogers. It is believed Rogers was the father of the unborn baby.
Rogers was serving a home-detention sentence for a 2010 assault.
